Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
The Senior Director of Partner Enablement will help accelerate Zscaler's partner enablement programs by creating external partner enablement content and programs to grow engagement and awareness with Zscaler partners. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Enablement, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Zscaler’s Global Partner Enablement and collaborating with the SVP of Partners and Alliances and Channel stakeholders to develop a joint vision and strategy that aligns to and advances Global GTM and Channel business objectives
- Designing, prioritizing, and executing strategic and innovative enablement programs built to grow partner mindshare and boost partner engagement across all routes-to-market and partner business model needs
- Boosting engagement and driving adoption by delivering meaningful partner training, onboarding programs, webinars, and events
- Monitoring, improving, and iterating on the performance of enablement learning programs against KPIs by leveraging data, partner feedback, and stakeholder observation
- Serving as a subject matter expert on Zscaler’s solutions, sales methodologies, and tools to craft impactful enablement strategies based on partner needs and ecosystem gaps
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of proven experience in Partner Enablement, Sales, Training, or a similar role
- 4+ years experience managing and leading a high performing team
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with System Integrators, VARs, and/or Service Providers

- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Process-oriented with experience reducing manual work and increasing operational efficiencies
- Demonstrated success in delivering effective partner enablement webinars and events

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
