We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to join our team, focusing on redefining our sales paradigm globally.

Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in launching, operationalizing, and strategizing a new buyer-persona focused sales model at HubSpot: sales specialization. This role is essential for addressing the current challenges of our generalist sales approach, ensuring alignment with our platform product strategy, and fueling upmarket growth. Additionally, this role will also be the primary sales strategy partner for the existing sales specialist organization.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, measure, and communicate the metrics of success and value-added by the new sales model.
  • Master the sales motion and process to become a trusted leader in the specifics of our sales techniques.
  • Provide expert consultation on quota planning and compensation, ensuring strategic cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, product operations, and customer success, fostering a united approach.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with sales partners and be capable of presenting strategies and outcomes to C-suite executives.
  • Exhibit autonomy and take ownership of projects; drive influence through innovation without needing step-by-step guidance.
  • Develop scalable strategies and practices that can be extended beyond AMER and to global teams.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales strategy role or equivalent level position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical or modeling techniques using tools like Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
  • Strong aptitude for defining key metrics and conducting analyses to derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of presenting to revenue-driven executives.
  • Strong capability to identify personal and professional growth opportunities and willingness to expand beyond baseline responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment.



Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually
