What you’ll be responsible for:
As a Senior Content Editor, you will own the creation and management of high-quality content that supports Circle’s help center and internal knowledge base (Guru). You will ensure that customers and internal teams have access to clear, concise, and engaging information to enhance their success.
What you’ll work on:
Oversee content creation for both internal and external customers, ensuring alignment with Circle’s voice and tone.
Develop and maintain help center content to support all product releases.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product and feature release content.
Create detailed content briefs and outlines to guide content development.
Lead the auditing process for Guru and the help center to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Manage and prioritize incoming content requests for Guru.
Advise the Product Design team on in-product content to enhance user experience.
Conduct regular research to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, maintains consistency, and aligns with Circle’s tone of voice.
Provide editorial oversight and mentorship to CX team members upon request.
Develop reactive messaging and templated responses for customer support.
Lead training sessions on Circle’s voice and tone for new team members via internal training programs.
