Job Description:

Location: We support US flexible working arrangements in the contiguous 48 states.  

The opportunity: Are you ready to make a real impact and help drive strategic success? We’re looking for a Senior Consultant, Governance and Strategic Execution to join our Health and Risk Solutions business. Your role will be all about collaborating with internal partners, diving into data, and helping to create real value across various functions. How you will contribute:

  • Oversee the metrics gathering process, working closely with strategic execution leas to ensure alignment
  • Maintain and regularly update metrics, OKR’s, and KPI’s across all strategic initiatives to keep us on track
  • Build and nurture internal relationships to resolve issues effectively and enhance our governance processes
  • Lead end-to-end cycles for developing and updating quarterly goals, ensuring reports are clear and actionable
  • Incorporate change management and communication strategies from the start, focusing on stakeholder impacts, user training and communication plans
  • Collaborate with teams leads to ensure data accuracy and integrity, ensuring the right data is captured to effectively measure meaningful results
  • Providing training and guidance to strategic execution teams on tracking and measuring their goals effectively
  • Facilitate sessions to share updates on goals, targets and measures with both teams and leadership
  • Assess and recommend adjustments where metrics may not fully align with the organizations overall goals

What you will bring with you:

  • Ability to work with a diverse range of people
  • Advanced level proficiency with Power point, Miro, Excel
  • Strong research, problem solving and analytical skills
  • University degree or 5+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Expertise in presentation and summarization of metrics for various levels of a large organization
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills including working with senior leaders
  • Ability to present data and information in a compelling way to influence and achieve support for change
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to provide simplified explanations of complex analytical methodologies.
  • Demonstrated analytical, facilitation and change management skills, along with experience managing complex process improvement projects
  • Expert level knowledge of tools to collect, aggregate, segment and analyze data (ie: MS Excel)
  • Ability to apply systems thinking and hypothesis testing
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including persuasive presentation skills
  • Communicate proactively, openly and directly with various stakeholders to provide insight, recommend actions to support change and/or to remove work barriers
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong consulting relationships across the organization at all levels

  • Southern California region: $88,600-$132,900 annually
  • Central California region: $88,600-$132,900 annually
  • Northern California region: $94,600-$141,900 annually

If you are a Colorado or Nevada resident, the salary range for this position is $80,200-$120,300 annually

If you are a Connecticut or Maryland resident, the salary range for this position is $83,900-$125,900 annually

If you are Washington or Rhode Island resident, the salary range for this position is $88,600-$132,900 annually

If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $94,600-$141,900 annually

We consider various factors in determining actual pay including your skills, qualifications, and experience.  In addition to salary, this position is eligible for incentive awards based on individual and business performance as well as a broad range of competitive benefits.
