Position Overview:

Professional Services helps restaurants thrive in a time of increasing complexity by connecting them with expert solutions to make technology effortless. We aim to advise, resolve our customers’ most important challenges, and equip them with the tools and knowledge to get the most out of Toast. 

 

The Senior Consultant, Professional Services is dedicated to executing the highest level offerings of our paid Professional Services program, with a focus on large-scale menu configuration & consultation projects for Toast’s most advanced customers across market segments. This will include working closely with customers, partners, and teams across Toast to scope, manage, and deliver Professional Services offerings. This individual should  be comfortable dealing with uncertainty, and be able to put structure to complex customer challenges in order to deliver services within defined SLAs. 

 

This person is a passionate, process-focused professional that is an expert of the restaurant industry  with a love of hospitality and a knack for problem solving. Senior Consultants are expected to work autonomously, act as a peer-leader and mentor to their teammates, and be an escalation point when the manager is unavailable. They must be able to self-manage and self-prioritize their workload and cases based on customer needs and Toast requirements. They are strategic thinkers who can help shape the future of the team. 

 

About the Roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Scope, manage, and execute the most complex Professional Services projects to the complete satisfaction of Toast Customers
  • Take a solutions oriented, consultative approach to problem solving complex challenges for Professional Services customers
  • Contribute to expanding the reach of the Professional Services program by developing, piloting, and implementing new service offerings
