Anticipated Total Earnings: $150,000 to $300,000 (Base Salary: $60,000 to $100,000+ with uncapped commissions).
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates able to travel to Golden, CO for training and meetings).

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a robust book of business and extensive knowledge of minor cannabinoids. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by forging new business relationships and expanding existing accounts within the cannabinoid industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales goals within assigned territories.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel for training, client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the cannabinoid industry.
- Industry Connections: Established book of business with strong relationships in the cannabinoid sector.
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of minor cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, Delta 8, etc.) and their applications.
- B2B Experience: Experience selling ingredients or raw materials to manufacturers of finished goods.
- Exceptional Skills: Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities at all decision-making levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with high performance expectations.
