Job Description

As a Senior Business Consultant at QAD, you will play a vital role in showcasing the value of our leading ERP and supply chain solutions to prospective customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with sales to demonstrate how QAD can help businesses modernize their operations and achieve their goals.
What you'll do:
Lead solution demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of QAD's solutions and address customer needs.
Partner with sales: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
Conduct process assessments: Analyze customer business processes, identify pain points, and map QAD solutions to drive improvements and eliminate technical debt.
Provide expert advice: Serve as a subject matter expert on QAD's solutions, answering complex questions and providing guidance to customers and internal teams.
Stay ahead of the curve: Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and QAD's product roadmap.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
Minimum of 5+ years of deep industry expertise: Proven experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments with a thorough understanding of key processes (e.g., "plan to produce," "procure to pay").
Strong presentation and communication skills: Ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset: Capacity to analyze customer needs, design tailored solutions, and articulate the value proposition of QAD's offerings.
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain solutions, and enterprise application architecture.
Travel readiness: Willingness to travel extensively within North America is required including customer site visits, industry and QAD partner events.

- Compensation packages based on experience and desired skill set
Compensation Package:
- Base pay range: $150,000 - $171,000 Annually (12 Months)
- Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
- This position is also eligible for a sales commission plan
- U.S. benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid-time off, parental leave, and well-being programs
