The Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Director, Strategic Alignment Office, is a critical systems thinker directly responsible for developing and maintaining a clear view of how AIPP products, systems, processes, and business units work together to deliver value to our customers and enable efficient and cost-effective operations.
How you’ll make an impact:
We are seeking an Agile Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, and validate business requirements.
- Bringing critical analytical insight, and an enterprise-wide perspective, to key projects and initiatives.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to identify, clarify, and prioritize requirements for product, system, and process improvements.
- Focusing teams and projects on delivering the most important business value.
- Promoting agile practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Developing and maintaining a clear view of how AIPP products, systems, processes, and business units work together.
- Stepping into a Project Manager role as needed.
What you're great at:
- Proven experience in business analysis within an agile environment.
- Strong skills in mapping, analyzing, and improving business processes.
- Ability to lead and facilitate groups across various disciplines.
- Skilled in bridging business and technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and successful requirement delivery.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Quick to learn new business domains, platforms, technical applications, and processes.
