We need a high-energy, motivated, and technically proficient professional to help meet our commitments to security and security compliance. There are plenty of challenges to conquer that will enable a wide-range of security and regulatory knowledge and experience.

What You’ll Do 

Location: Remotely from United States OR Onsite at our Seattle, Washington office 25% of the time. 
Reports to: Senior Director of Trust and Security
Direct Reports: 0 

  • Partner with the sales teams to provide customers security assurance, including completing RFPs and responding to security questions
  • Coordinate and participate in security assessments and remediation activities
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure security commitments are appropriately implemented
  • Develop, manage, and execute security compliance tools to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with developed standards and requirements
  • Create internal and customer facing documentation, policies, and white papers.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interact with security and privacy program managers, product development, and legal teams
  • Assist others in understanding and implementing security policy objectives in ways that are cost effective and align with business objectives
  • Participate in periodic compliance activities, including ISO27001, SOC2 and manage any resulting remediation actions
