About the team

The Partner Marketing team extends Stripe’s marketing reach to customers and prospects by educating, engaging and enabling partners, globally, to build market awareness and generate demand for their Stripe solutions and services. We recruit prospective partners and support the on-boarding and growth of existing partners as they build, launch, market, and scale business through the Stripe Partner Ecosystem, Stripe App Marketplace and the Stripe platform. We partner closely with our global partnerships, alliances & channels, marketing, and product teams and serve many different partner types.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, results-oriented marketer to lead our scalable Partner Marketing efforts. This role leads defining how we create an outstanding Stripe experience for partners, supporting them with the right engagements, resources and incentives as they start, run and scale their business with us. As the Scalable Partner Marketing lead you will be instrumental in building and executing the global framework, programs and infrastructure for the marketing benefits that we offer to partners through our partner program. You would own the global strategy and execution for defining how we engage with and communicate to current and prospective partners, and how we talk about our ecosystem to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Own the process and creation of co-marketing assets, content, self-service campaigns, marketing toolkits, and tools that partners use to market their business with Stripe
  • Define and manage our audience strategy for content, assets and marketing programs to engage and educate our current partners, and market our partners and partner program to prospective partners and users
  • Continually collect feedback from partners to ensure we are providing the right content and resources and increase the quality of assets, content, training and tools available to our partners
  • Develop scaled marketing enablement content and programs to drive utilization of our partner marketing programs 
  • Define and manage our scaled partner marketing demand-generation programs
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and budget to create scaled content

Who you are

Minimum requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience, in the B2B technology space
  • Experience building audience partner marketing programs, including content, assets, digital resources hubs, and tools
  • Proven ability to work across a global team to define requirements and priorities and deliver locally relevant assets and resources
  • Experience delivering partner marketing programs and events in both digital and in-person event environments

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company
  • Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing FinTech solutions 
  • Experience with customer marketing or product marketing
  • Experience marketing of a marketplace or marketplace partners

Hybrid work at Stripe

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $180,600 - $271,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
