Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Evaluate client requirements, use cases, and other inputs to create a solution roadmap to meet client needs
Apply expert knowledge of Salesforce product capabilities, including plug-ins, to advise on product selections and integrations
Applies expertise in declarative-type platform implementations, including minimizing customization and custom code
Apply workflow, process, and data integration expertise to design an end-to-end solution
Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce as part of a transformational accession program, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with AF client and other stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
Review solutions and recommend process integration, reporting, and data integration improvements
Advises on Cloud requirements and performance capabilities
Work with a team to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project
Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions
Contribute to and review user stories and other requirements documentation
Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
Ensure documentation of the steps for testing
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
Collaborative project and workstream planning
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Salesforce implementation experience with at least ten implementations
Salesforce experience with CRM use cases with preferences in recruiting and onboarding HR type of business function
Experience running projects with Azure, Atlassian, or other CI/CD pipeline tools
Managing an Enterprise Level Transformation Program in a Military Setting
Active Salesforce Certifications
Experience delivering programs using various project management styles but with recent experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Must have excellent oral and written communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs
Experience serving as a Salesforce Administration, Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, and Platform App builder
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably an MBA in Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications
Solutioning experience at the enterprise level
Project Planning and Scheduling for Enterprise Systems experience
Air Force Systems Experience
Utilization of Salesforce as a Human Resources component
CSM or equivalent certification
SAFE/Agile certification
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $141,100-$234,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
