Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to develop, implement, and optimize sales training programs that empower our sales teams to excel in Integrated Payments and Software Solutions sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales methodologies, adult learning principles, and industry-specific expertise. This role is crucial in enhancing sales effectiveness, improving performance, and ensuring that our salesforce has the knowledge and skills to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver high-impact sales training programs, including new hire onboarding, advanced sales techniques, and continuous learning initiatives.
Industry-Specific Training: Provide expertise on Integrated Payments and Software Solutions, ensuring sales teams understand product functionalities, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
Sales Methodology & Best Practices: Implement and reinforce Integrated Solutions Selling methodologies, prospecting techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Performance Coaching: Conduct real-time call coaching, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one mentoring to enhance confidence, tone, and persuasion skills.
Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Partner with sales managers and leaders to identify training needs and create customized programs that align with business objectives.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track key sales performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements to optimize results.
Technology & Learning Tools: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), sales enablement tools, and other platforms to deliver and track training outcomes.
Workshops & Conferences: Lead in-person and virtual sales workshops, training sessions, and conferences to reinforce learning and skill application.
This position is eligible for a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 USD.
This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of sales training experience, preferably within the Integrated Payments, SaaS, or FinTech industries.
Sales Background: Strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in software or payment solutions, with expertise in consultative selling.
Training Expertise: Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and curriculum development.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to engage, motivate, and educate sales professionals at various experience levels.
Coaching & Development: Demonstrated success in coaching and improving sales performance through structured training programs.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce software, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams).
Adaptability & Leadership: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead training initiatives independently.
