Maximus has raised $15M from top Silicon Valley VCs such as Founders Fund and 8VC as well as leading angel investors/operators from companies like Bulletproof, Tinder, Coinbase, Daily Stoic, & Shopify.
Maximus is looking for a B2C Sales Representative to connect with customers, understand their unique needs, and recommend solutions to enable our tribe to become the most competitive, capable versions of themselves. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in fitness, physiology, and men’s health who thrives on building trust with clients and closing deals in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the SVP of Marketing to help shape the future of how we deliver value to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales: Conduct discovery calls with prospective customers to understand their health goals and recommend appropriate Maximus solutions (e.g., Testosterone Protocols). Communicate the benefits of our offerings with conviction, confidence, and clarity. The goal is one call close.
Education and Expertise: Confidently discuss the benefits of testosterone optimization, weight loss, muscle building, hair improvement, and general health improvements. Navigate conversations about alternative therapies with agility, even when customers inquire about products we don’t offer (e.g., Mk 677, peptides).
Customer Advocacy: Build rapport and trust by understanding customer pain points and crafting personalized recommendations that drive results. Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their decision-making process.
Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed sales targets through diligent follow-ups, consistent pipeline management, and a focus on turning leads into customers. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify ways to optimize the sales process and customer experience.
