Compensation:        $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

OneStream is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales organization by providing them with key information regarding sales tools and processes, and to ultimately help our sales organization reach their targets and growth goals. The ideal candidate enjoys investigating day to day issues that Sales organizations face as they work their opportunities through the sales cycle. This role will seek to understand sales’ pain points and to continuously resolve their issues, but at the same time attempt to increase their productivity, drive process adoption and maximize efficiency for the Sales teams.

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for many back-office sales support processes and projects as well as CRM system management & operational improvements. This role will also support the sales organization by building and maintaining sales reports and data. The specialist will work closely with the Account Managers and Regional Sales Leaders.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for Account Manager, Sales Directors and Sales VP’s.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like, Marketing Operations, Finance, Data Team, and Enablement Team to support the daily operations of our NA sales organization.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the lead to opportunity sales cycle and related Salesforce processes to support daily operations and resolve any user issues.
  • Drive forward our organizational rules of engagement with sales teams and adherence to business controls.
  • Involvement in our onboarding/ ongoing training & enablement around sales systems and processes.
  • Provide daily ad hoc training and sales support related to Salesforce and various third-party tools.
  • Provide reporting and data analysis on sales activity, pipeline and account management to help identify business trends or areas for improvement.
  • Assist with creation and review of quotes using CPQ.
  • Work to drive Salesforce data hygiene and process refinements as needed.
  • Assist with overall CRM system management and activities.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience in Sales Operations

Preferred Education & Experience

  •  Previous experience with Salesforce CRM platform a plus
