Sales Operations Analyst

The Red Hat Global GLS Operations  team is looking for a Business Analyst to support the North America (Commercial & Public Sector) region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day training operational aspects, maintaining relationships with customers, and helping resolve training related matters. You'll communicate with customers and partners to ensure they are served in line with Red Hat’s expectation of customer service. As a Business Analyst you'll need to be great at engaging management decision-makers and provide amazing customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand new information and requirements

  • Develop and maintain new reporting system capabilities

  • Manage extraction, data cleansing, analysis, and ongoing validation of large volumes of historical customer data

  • Develop and maintain metrics to support process tracking and decision making

  • Identify and track consulting services KPIs

  • Manage the Learning Portal, a learning management system (LMS) for data entry, including facility information and student details

  • Manage training admin related queries via phone, chat, and emails

  • Handle escalations for learners, trainers, and other stakeholders

  • Manage, maintain, and take initiative for improvement of learning and development related processes, automation systems, and repositories

  • Schedule and coordinate all classroom training with trainers, schedule location, date and time, materials, and attendance

  • Manage Training Feedback forms of each training batch and send out reports 

  • Maintain training records, perform analysis, and prepare improvement plans; assess training effectiveness

  • Monitor the progress of training to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved

  • Uncover improvement gaps with performance shortfalls.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, economics, engineering, computer science, or statistics with 7+ years of experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate with trainers, facilities, students, and other internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of training

  • Experience utilizing business tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Customer Relationship Management Systems

  • Solid ability to follow through on tasks and follow ups on time

  • Ability to plan training schedules with the delivery manager for future classes

The salary range for this position is $74,900.00 - $119,830.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
