Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams handle sales, market development, and communications for TE's products and services.
The Branch Account Manager grows TE's sales and market share by managing local distributors at the branch level, ensuring they are trained and supported to sell TE's portfolio effectively. The role includes negotiating with TE business units, addressing customer needs, and executing branch account plans. This involves market reviews, driving engagement, and working with Distribution Market Managers across regions. The ideal candidate will need to be based in the Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities:

• Translate broad strategies into clear objectives and practical action plans.
• Focus the organization on efforts that add significant value.
• Align the organization and allocate resources according to priorities.
• Consistently checks the alignment of current year objectives to strategically plan decisions.
• Establishes and communicates clear goals and expectations that support organizational objectives.
• Makes the vision sharable by everyone.
• Align plans with Distribution Market Managers (DMM) and ensure branch execution
• Drive execution, and motivation of distributor branch teams through digital platforms
• Maintaining confidentiality and be honest.
• Build and manage relationships
• Invest in getting to know others and become aware of their skills, abilities, and culture.
• Utilize influencing skills through relationship management, strong communication, and synthesize information in a coherent and impactful way utilizing digital platforms.
• Determine actions after reviewing branch account plans, branch classification, and dashboards and as appropriate may direct work to other functions.
• Prepare materials for virtual OIDs including, create PPT, analyzing data/research specific to customers, and review alternative solutions.
Market Intelligence
• Understands market influencers and conditions.
• Drive/influence our current/future product positioning to gain or re-gain market share.
• Understands key components of a Competitive Landscape: customers’ needs and how you can address needs; how you compare against your competitors in meeting those needs.
• Drives brand awareness and positioning with our customers and distribution partners (solutions and
• capabilities).
• Promote BU technologies, NPI and product capabilities with the customer.
What your background should look like:
- Electronics industry experience
- Bachelors degree or technical degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales – direct or indirect (indirect preferred)
- Relevant product or industry experience desired
- Microsoft 360, SAP and Salesforce.com experience

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $77,000 – $115,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
