As a Sales Manager at Invaio Sciences, you will build and maintain relationships with growers, distributors, and industry stakeholders across North America, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs while achieving ambitious sales targets. This position requires willingness to travel across the U.S. and Mexico to engage with citrus producers and other agricultural clients, providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service to champion Trecise™ and our broader product offerings.

What you'll do

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including growers, cooperatives, and distributors, to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and promote the benefits of Trecise™ and other Invaio solutions to address challenges such as citrus greening, pest resistance, and sustainable agriculture.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide growers with detailed information on product applications, benefits, and usage, including Trecise™’s innovative delivery system, which reduces chemical use by up to 90% and supports young and non-bearing citrus trees.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis across North American markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Invaio’s marketing, product development, and technical support teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and customer needs.
  • Training & Support: Educate distributors and clients on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Invaio products, including Trecise™’s closed-system design and shorter 120-day pre-harvest interval.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in North America’s agriculture sector, with a focus on citrus market dynamics in Florida, Texas, California, and Mexico, to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development using CRM software.

Qualifications
