Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000

Adswerve is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team! We are looking for a proactive SDR who is passionate about digital marketing and advertising to assist Adswerve in expanding our client base. The Sales Development Rep will be open to continuously learning and will be able to manage competing priorities. This position will generate leads, solicit new potential customers, and connect these customers with the right salesperson.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to solicit potential new customers
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by researching companies that match our buyer persona (using tools such as SalesForce, HubSpot and Winmo)
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold-calling and responding to inquiries from our website and marketing campaigns
  • Create relationships with prospects to identify the client’s needs, decision-making process and budget and determine if prospect is a good fit for Adswerve’s solutions
  • Present product information to customers once their needs have been identified
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to track outreach and prospect follow-ups
  • Move qualified leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a sales executive and arranging meetings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify lead nurturing and collateral development opportunities at different stages of the buying process
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any solutions
