Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Do you want to be part of something from the ground up? We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as founding team members to help build and shape our outbound sales program.
This is an opportunity to work directly with our Director of Sales Development as we design the strategy, refine the playbook, and create a world-class pipeline engine. You’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, booking high-quality meetings, and setting the foundation for long-term success.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
- Pipeline Development: Identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects through outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Qualify & Book Sales Meetings: Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by setting up high-quality discovery calls for our Account Executives.
- Outbound Strategy Execution: Help refine messaging, experiment with outreach tactics, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with sales leadership and marketing to improve processes, test new approaches, and drive results.
- Track & Optimize Performance: Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track progress, analyze results, and continuously improve.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of SDR or sales experience (cold calling experience required).
- A competitive, self-starter mindset—you’re driven to hit and exceed goals.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (you know how to grab attention).
- Curiosity and adaptability—you want to learn, iterate, and help build something new.
- Team-first attitude—you're excited to be part of a small but mighty team.
- Experience with sales tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus!

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging between $55,000 to $70,000 plus commission, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $85,000+.
