The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

**This position is available as work-from-home/remote - Occasional travel is required, at most 4-6 times per year, with most trips expected to be in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area.**

What You’ll Do: 

You will be vital to both our immediate goals and long-term growth strategy. In this role, you will engage potential clients through cold calling and email outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling face-to-face meetings for our outside sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system, conducting in-depth market research, and prospecting after tradeshows and events. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with outside sales representatives and with prospects in your assigned markets. You will participate in in-person training sessions during onboarding, along with participation in semi-annual departmental and company-wide kickoff events held in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area.


Base pay is $19.50/hour + Monthly Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses

Our primary client base includes commercial and multi-family real estate owners and property managers, and the most common areas we install our emergency phones are in elevators and at pool sides. We design, build, sell, install, service, and monitor those phones. Our Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) provides 24/7/365 service to help dispatch local emergency services to people in distress. Requirements

 What You’ll Bring: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least year customer experience or successful cold calling experience, preferably in an SDR position
  • You have our core values, and work in accordance with those values
  • Able to expertly collaborate with numerous Business Development Managers (BDMs) in a constantly changing environment
  • Able to quickly grasp the intricacies of different markets, adapting to varying geographies and resonating trends
  • Demonstrate adeptness in managing a flexible schedule across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless workflow and communication
  • Possess a strong desire to excel and surpass targets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive
  • Maintains a positive attitude 
  • Team Spirited and able to work autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Reliability and punctuality with a keen eye for detail
  • We like to have fun, so a sense of humor is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software (We use Salesforce)
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Proficient in utilizing sales enablement tools, including SalesLoft
