Salary: up to $120,000 + Metric Based Bonuses + Annual Bonus

Sales – Capital Equipment in Science Channels Description

Our client in the medical device industry is looking for a Sales Rep to add to their team in the United States. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients and nurturing existing clients, offering new/improved services, and training them on product offerings. Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years selling with a proven track record of success and should have a bachelor's degree in Medical, Life Science, Business, or Engineering. To be successful in the role, you must be willing to attend multiple networking events, travel to client offices as necessary, be a strong communicator, possess strong relationships at the C-level within the life sciences industries, and possess an innate negotiating quality. Sales – Capital Equipment in - Life Science Channels Responsibilities

•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and company product offerings
•    Prospect new clients
•    Attend networking events
•    Develop business plans for each account
•    Train clients on products and demo as necessary
•    Work cross-functionally with marketing to update training and sales materials
•    Nurture existing clients and continue 
•    Forecast sales and business plans per quarter
•    Present findings to leadership monthly
•    Keep all stakeholders apprised of account updates
•    Participate in relevant seminars and trainings in the industry
•    Follow through the entire sales cycle (1 week to 6 months) to ensure client satisfaction

Sales – Capital Equipment in Life Science Channels Qualifications

•    Bachelor's Degree
•    5+ years of Sales OR Business Development in life science channels
•    Wholesale or Distributor experience required (no direct to consumer sales)
•    Ability to travel as client needs arise; approx. once a month
