Sales Account Manager

- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to achieve overall revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ business, challenges, plans and opportunities while expanding relationships across different divisions and groups within the company
- Maintain a working action plan that supports client growth while overcoming their challenges and meeting their goals.
- Participate and/or lead customer presentations via Team and on-site with clients.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and uphold customer alignment and strategic direction, identifying areas of improvement
- Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs, identifying cross-sell and business expansion opportunities, and coordinating new product demonstrations.
- Establish a cadence for first invoice review on all new products, contracts, and expansions to ensure they are correct and meet the customer’s expectations.
- Immersion into Insurity products and solutions to ensure depth of product understanding, tools of qualifying opportunities, differentiations to competitive offers, and how to maximize impact for client.
- Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-3+ years in account management
- Previous Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, roles preferred
- Insurance experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing or related (equivalent work experience may be considered)
