What this job can offer you
We’re looking for a RevOps Expert to join our Revenue Operations team and lead the charge in optimizing our sales processes and system architecture. In this role, you’ll drive strategic initiatives aligned with our go-to-market strategy, champion scalable and efficient process design, and implement high-impact solutions using methodologies like Six Sigma and Agile. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance system integration, ensure data integrity, and build a strong foundation for growth through automation, documentation, and best practices that elevate our sales organization.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience with a strong background in operations management, preferably in business, revenue, CS or sales domains.
- Experience with advanced tools such as LeanData, Zapier, Camunda, or similar for process automation.
- Proven expertise in problem-solving, project management, and organizational leadership.
- Extensive experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Exceptional strategic decision-making skills and resourcefulness in navigating complex and uncertain situations.
- Advanced organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities and optimizing critical paths autonomously.
- Deep proficiency in root-cause analysis with a history of implementing effective solutions.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and enterprise SaaS tools.
- Strong understanding of process design with a keen eye for detail and a drive for creating efficient, scalable, and repeatable solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and system thinking.
- Significant experience with Business Process Methodologies (BPM) such as Six Sigma and Agile (preferred).
- Proven SaaS and B2B experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a remote environment (preferred).
- Previous experience with global startups (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives for sales process improvement and architectural simplification, aligning with the go-to-market strategy.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes across systems, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and thorough documentation to ensure adoption.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and optimization to support significant business growth.
- Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis to diagnose problems, gather data, identify contributing factors, and implement high-impact solutions.
- Develop and execute operational solutions utilizing Business Process Methodologies (BPM), including Six Sigma and Agile, to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration between Salesforce and key systems such as Remote, HubSpot, LeanData, and Vitally.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with process adoption, data governance, and quality standards.
- Document and create a knowledge repository to support first-tier sales with process changes and updates.
- Maintain the integrity of customer data within Salesforce and other systems.
- Establish and promote best practices to ensure alignment of sales data quality with company objectives.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $51,100 to $115,000 USD.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
