We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Enablement Manager to join our team. The Revenue Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in equipping our sales and specifically our customer experience (CX) teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies and initiatives. As well as onboard new hires across the revenue organization on our sales tactics and tools. 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the CX teams in achieving their revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Host weekly enablement sessions for different revenue/CX teams.  
  • Create and curate sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations, that effectively communicates the value proposition of Boulevards solution. 
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales and CX teams, and develop tailored training programs to address these gaps.
