THE ROLE

AG1 is seeking a Retail Club Manager to spearhead our expansion within major club retailers. This high-impact role is responsible for developing and executing our AG1 commercial partnership and retail strategy, forging strong relationships with key account stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional in-store execution to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.

Reporting to the Vice President, Retail, you will lead trade marketing initiatives, negotiate high-stakes deals, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize our retail presence. The successful candidate is an experienced retail account manager who has a deep understanding of the club channel. This role requires tenacity, strong partnership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced & high-growth environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Account Management & Business Growth

  • Cultivate and manage business partnerships with national club retail accounts, to maximize AG1 brand visibility and sales growth.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the AG1 footprint within retail clubs across the nation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and proactively address challenges to drive growth.

Retail Execution & Trade Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee all club retail marketing programs, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with retailer objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing operations, brand, creative and supply chain) to develop and launch compelling in-store activations, promotions, and displays.
