What will you be doing?
As part of a client facing team, we are seeking a Director to lead the Costco Existing Client Sales team for US and CA to retain and upgrade clients in addition to supporting new launches on the Costco CRX program. This Director will help manage and grow the revenue pipeline with our existing Costco CRX clients. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Upsell and retain existing client base, manage mergers & acquisitions, Interact with Costco Sr. Management on Special exception Costco projects (special data exception approvals, Data Integrations, TPA’s, Bulk Extracts), launch/sell new enhancements on the Costco CRX program, design new program offerings to meet clients special needs, Financial management tracking and forecasting and interact with clients on contractual issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Revenue growth: Manage the existing Costco CRX US/CA clients ($92M) by collaborating with internal Circana account teams and Costco CRX client with a goal of retaining and upselling the clients with program optional upgrades. Must be a sales leader
