As a Results Specialist, you are the backbone of program operations. The primary function of the Results Specialist is to work in conjunction with the Results Manager to meet client goals through internal operations coordination, cross-functional coordination, and field team management.Â

Compensation
$20.19 - $21.63 hourly pay with weekly pay schedule and early wage access - get paid when you need it!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create, organize and prioritize various program materials (training, vendor, administration) for multiple levels of management
- Analyze data (store lists, coverage models, and staff hours)
- Manage field questions, and problem-solve solutions
- Communicate program status to the client and account management
- Provide direction, in coordination with Results Manager, to the field supervisors and field team
- Assist with management and provide guidance to the Field Administration Specialists
- Work closely with cross-functional departments in support of the account and program
- Other tasks as requested by management

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- Bachelorâs Degree highly preferred; not required
- 2+ years experience working within the industry and/or agency environment
Skills and Attributes:
- Must have an understanding of client industries, BDSmktg, and the applicable industry environment
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsÂ
- Must be able to adapt to changes and respond supportively in working with various circumstances and people
- Must be able to deal with varied issues with integrity, honestly and in a candid, straightforward manner âŚ
