Partner with the best

As a Remote Visual Inspections (RVI) Sales Manager, you will be developing solutions using RVI products, services, and solutions. Covering New York City Area and 5 Burroughs, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania Region. You will take ownership of creating and achieving your regional sales plan. You will build successful relationships with our customers to successfully deliver innovative projects and contribute to our business and growth.

As a Remote Visual Inspections Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership for building RVI Products and Services orders and sales through new and existing clients
  • Implementing sales and strategy initiatives to deliver on business objectives and to access new markets, customers and opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing to study Market environment and analyze competition trends to develop project specific sales strategies
  • Delivering on commitments and communicate progress and support for meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Playing lead role in sales process through Practice Value Selling, negotiation and order closure
  • Maintaining knowledge of market trends, competitor actions, product needs and customer base to understand industry changes

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in RVI Products
  • Be able to develop and execute sound sales strategy to maximize our opportunities
  • Have a customer-focused mindset and have a structured efficient approach to responding to customer needs
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and teams within a global-matrix environment
  • Show excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
  • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful technical customer projects
  • Show good, general technical knowledge of energy technology products and services, alongside customer needs and requirements

The annual pay scale for this position is between $100,200.00 - $194,600.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
