[Remote] Sales Development Representative Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in the sales process by setting appointments with leads for technology and software companies offering B2B solutions. You will be provided with well-researched and targeted lead lists for effective outreach to introduce the client’s solutions and services. To be successful in this role, you must enjoy talking to people and have a drive to win. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume, B2B outbound cold-calling. [Remote] Sales Development Representative Responsibilities

•    Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients
•    Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team (4 appointments per week)
•    Make time for follow-ups, rescheduling, and nurturing potential clients
•    Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system
•    Collaborate with the operations team to refine outreach strategies
•    Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs

[Remote] Sales Development Representative Qualifications

•    1+ years of high-volume outbound cold calling experience required
•    1+ years of B2B sales experience required
•    Experience making at least 150 outbound cold calls per day required
•    Power Dialer or similar dialer experience required 
•    MSOffice experience required
