[REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (Industrial/Mechanical exp. req.) Description

Our client in the automation machinery manufacturing industry is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to add to their team in Texas. To qualify for this position, you must reside in Texas. You will be responsible for driving sales through developing quality client relationships and ensuring the maximization of direct and channel partner sales goals. To be successful in this role, you must have a mechanical background, a hunter mentality, and a passion for continuous improvement. You must be comfortable with local travel, 2-4 days per week on average. •    Manage sales goals of channel partners and direct sales team 
•    Develop sales forecasts and create a plan to meet goals
•    Conduct face-to-face sales calls 
•    Hunt and prospect for new business 
•    Achieve sales calls to quotes produced goals 
•    Achieve quote to sales conversion targets 
•    Provide innovative customer solutions
•    Apply hands-on mechanical knowledge in customer settings 
•    Maintain and develop close customer relationships 

[REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (Manufacturing/Mechanical exp. req.) Qualifications

•    3+ years of outside product sales experience required 
•    Manufacturing or distribution environment experience required 
•    Mechanical background and aptitude required 
•    Must be able to travel 2-4 days per week within the state of TX
