Job Description
The Regional Sales Engineer (RSE) is responsible for all sales activities of Compact Hydraulic (CH) products and solutions to increase market share in their assigned region. The RSE is the one designated point person â to find and pursue new business, determine requirements, create a value proposition, and pull together the necessary resources to ultimately win profitable business.Â
- Lead all sales activities to increase market share with our OEMs.
- Foster and maintain excellent OEM relationships.
- Create and execute a regional sales plan to increase market share.
- Identify market potential by customer and application jointly with OEM and Bosch Rexroth team members.
- Work closely-together with assigned OEMs to integrate our products and solutions into customer applications/machines.
- Actively seek opportunities and visit customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the compact hydraulics market (e.g., technology trends, competitive landscape).
- Gain insight of customers challenges, technical and commercial needs, and future innovations.
