As a Regional Sales Director- Diagnostic Imaging (South Central) you will drive the Imaging business to secure profitable growth in line with our annual objectives and targets. You are responsible for growing Philips Imaging market share within an assigned Region. You will work at all levels within customer accounts (C-Suite, Department level, Purchasing) to effectively position Philips, and drive the strategy to grow win-rate and order intake for DXR, CT, and MR modality businesses.
Your role:
- Increase market share growth and visibility across the Imaging portfolio (DXR, CT, and MR) and increase win rate while leading accurate Forecasting with achievement of business-specific financial goals.
- Lead team of Imaging Account Specialists, with clear expectation setting, regular communication, accountability, and succession planning. Ensure the team is skilled and knowledgeable.
- Uncover the needs of customers in the Region and build a strategy to grow Imaging business within your customer base – including individual and multi-system deals, and multi-modality deals.
- Establish and benchmark replacement plans and fleet planning for customers in the Region, including establishing large scale partnerships and compliance Agreements that include volume, discounting and timelines.
- Manage RFP alignment for bundle deals that include Imaging, in line with pricing and value-add strategies.
- Strong presentation skills that include the ability to craft a storytelling approach and deliver solutions to the customer in a way that helps them understand the impact (clinical, financial, operational).
You're the right fit if:
- You have a BS/BA degree.
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of hospital capital sales experience. Imaging experience strongly preferred.
- Your skills include leading a team of direct reports, working collaboratively with indirect reports, building customer relationships at all levels of a customer organization, including C-Suites, synthesizing market analyses, competitive landscape and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs to grow business and financial acumen in building ROI and TCO proformas.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $272,000 to $384,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the South Central territory- Texas and Oklahoma.
