We're looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our team. Reporting to the, RVP of the South you'll lead the team to maximum potential. You will help coach and increase sales excellence within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Located in Southeast area

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.

  • 2+ years of Leadership experience in software/SaaS

  • Experience building successful sales teams.

  • You will have a sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation

  • Business travel within the region - approximately 50 percent

  • Excellent planning, execution, people-management and coaching skills

  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and and trust with customers and to build influential relationships with partners in the business, including Finance, Legal, HR, Inside Sales, Channel Partners and R&D
