This is a base salary plus commission position. Expected first year income, $150K-$200K with a potential to earn more. 80% of our sellers have reached their quota over the last five years.
Job Summary
As a Regional Account Executives for the Ohio territory, you’ll be the driving force behind uncovering new business opportunities. In this true sales-hunting role, you will proactively identify and pursue potential customers, work closely with internal partners to maximize sales opportunities, and expand our market presence by positioning our perimeter security solutions as the go-to security choice for commercial and industrial businesses in the West Ohio regions
Your day to day will be dynamic – expect to be out in the filed conducting site visits, delivering engaging product presentations (both in person and virtually), and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role is all about strategy, persistence, and ability to connect with customers to drive growth and long-term success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to maintain a healthy prospect pool by generating your own leads and qualifying leads funneled into the CRM by other company resources
- Process orientation and coachable
- Ability to succeed in an online environment (this position is fully remote)
- Previous experience using a CRM (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Willingness to make numerous prospecting and in-person calls per day
- Excellent closing and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with good work ethic
- Clean driving record
