Additionally, you will maintain strong communication channels through regular one-on-one meetings and serve as a key liaison for operational and vendor-related matters, all while supporting team expansion, event coordination, and active engagement with the broader Qualcomm and BDS leadership teams. Compensation

$90,000 - $100,000 annual salary

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate Global Trainers: Lead a program consisting of regional trainers representing Qualcomm in global markets
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with third-party vendors to recruit top-tier candidates, partnering with Senior BDS leadership to ensure that employment agreements comply with regional labor laws and expectations
  • Team Guidance & Availability: Provide ongoing direction to global trainers via regional leads across various time zones, ensuring your availability to maintain exemplary client delivery
  • Streamlined Reporting & Communication: Facilitate streamlined reporting across regions and serve as the primary point of contact for the BDS team
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, manage bonus disbursements, and address any performance-related concerns
  • Collaborative Training Leadership: Work closely with Qualcomm training leads to jointly execute training initiatives and ensure seamless operations
  • Relationship Building: Lead monthly one-on-one meetings with trainers to build strong relationships, assess workloads, and address any concerns. Maintain regular communication with Qualcomm training leads to ensure all needs are met and to promptly address personnel issues.
  • Event & Travel Coordination: Oversee the booking of events and travel arrangements for global trainers, who may be required to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Vendor Liaison: Act as the liaison with third-party staffing vendors by providing feedback, coordinating interviews, managing hiring and backfill processes, and collaborating with Qualcomm on final candidate selections
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement streamlined processes for operations and reporting, ensuring a clear understanding of day-to-day activities
  • Client Account Management: Leverage your expert client account management skills to enhance service delivery
  • Leadership Collaboration: Contribute as a member of the broader BDS Qualcomm leadership team by offering insights and recommendations for training, events, and other collaborative initiatives

  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • 5-7 years engaging with and influencing clients and accounts, retail management, field management, and preferred experience with training/training management
  • Experience in a similar genre of client product work
