Job Description
The Publishing Associate contributes to the timely and accurate planning for all aspects of KNAās print and digital retail publishing program, from internal launch meetings through presentation on online marketplaces such as Amazon. This includes coordinating sales meetings, preparing and updating metadata, maintaining product pages on Amazon, and supporting accounts.Ā
Primary/Key Responsibilities
SalesĀ
Coordinate development of sales materials, including title lists, tip sheets, and slide decksĀ
Prepare materials for seasonal launch meetings, including product P&LsĀ
Prepare materials for seasonal and channel-specific sales meetings with distribution partner Simon & SchusterĀ
Attend sales conferences and document follow upĀ
Coordinate purchase orders, order tracking, and invoice requests for direct accountsĀ
Manage and coordinate responses to product queries with customer support teamsĀ
Online Retail MarketingĀ
Review and finalize product metadata prior to release to ensure accuracy and effectivenessĀ
Update product metadata as required to drive discoverability and conversionĀ
Submit and track tickets to ensure optimal product pages on AmazonĀ
Manage checklist for new releases to ensure successful launchesĀ
Monitor online retail product pages to ensure accuracy and update as neededĀ
Coordinate with KNA Marketing and Design team to deliver timely and effective online merchandising assetsĀ
Compile and deliver product page enhancements for top revenue-driving categories and products, including text, images, and videosĀ
Comply with all online retail promotion requirements, including submission deadlines for nominations, and complete and accurate nomination templates
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office
30-day notification period preferred
āMinimum Requirements:
Bachelorās Degree
2+ years experience in publishing experience
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills
