Who you are
You have an extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques. You are driven by accuracy and a sense of urgency with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. You display exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to tailor your communication style to specific audiences.
You know how to:
- Manage up to 40 full lifecycle projects in parallel, from initiation to deployment for several initiatives concurrently
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projects
- Secure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitate the project team meetings
- Assess and manage risk and issues within, and across, multiple projects
- Consistently report on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues,
- Manage project scope and scope changes
- Monitor and manage schedule and budget variances and impacts to the baseline
- Monitor and manage critical path deliverables
- Continually manage project and stakeholder engagement
- Create an outstanding customer experience through excellent delivery
- Define success criteria and communicate through project life cycle
- Conduct retrospective meetings, assign owners and actions for all lessons learned.
- Ensure project members understand what is expected of them by when
- Experience leading, motivating and managing internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Project Manager leading IT projects
- Understanding of Project Management Institute Framework and experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, ConnectWise.
- Process/playbook documentation experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, a plus.
- Experience being a billable resource
- Master multi-tasker
- Documentation and Communication Expert
- MS Office Suite
- ITIL Foundation, a plus
- ITIL Practitioner, a plus
Pay and Benefits
This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely.
Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
