What we are looking for:

As a Project Manager, you will work with the team to identify all project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare budgets, bids, contracts, funding requests, and communication plans. Manage, supervise, and schedule execution of projects in coordination with Stems customers according to the contracted scope. You will thrive on communication, schedules, milestones, and delivering solutions on time. You will bring order to a fast-paced growth environment and act as a point of contact for large projects and more in-depth customer needs.The portfolio of projects is large and include more complicated backup resilience and unique customer requirements that will require a resourceful individual who can work through these challenges with the engineering team. A successful candidate will look to evolve internal processes and improve efficiency on the delivery of the projects.

As the Project Manager you will be the liaison between Engineering,Technical Sales, and Operations to document and refine product requirements, milestones, and deliverables and translate this into actionable and achievable project plans.
