Program Manager, Investor Relations - Massachusetts Remote Office (MA99)

We’re currently hiring a Program Manager, Investor Relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the current large pharma, MedTech and investment landscape in Boston, particularly those invested in the oncology space
  • Maintain and grow network of Boston-area pharmaceutical and MedTech companies, investors, academic institutions, and incubators/accelerators
  • Utilize network to determine the most suitable contact at major organizations to work with for potential events
  • Determine the most suitable organizations to approach to sponsor potential events
  • Expand client events starting with a Fall 2024 event that will tentatively include:
    • Outreach and one-on-one meetings at LabCentral
    • Reverse pitch days with local pharma and investment representatives
    • Mentoring days with pharmaceutical/device companies
    • Networking events with local biotech community (pharma, MedTech, awardees, applicants, etc.)
  • Provide monthly status updates regarding new connections made and next steps
  • Expand partnerships and events beyond Boston to include areas like Philadelphia
  • Attend local biotech events to network and discuss client priorities and interests
  • Introducing appropriate client portfolio companies to potential investment and/or partnership opportunities when applicable

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience coordinating innovation in the biotech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g. communications, business, etc)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$106,004.00 - $180,207.00
