Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong collaboration across product, sales, events, demand generation, ABM, and more.
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with the product team to articulate the narrative for our most significant announcements, maintaining consistency across all channels and ensuring the messaging resonates with our target audience
Drive the strategy, in partnership with our events team, for our proprietary and third-party events globally and regionally to further Atlassian’s position as a leader in ITSM and accelerate pipeline growth
Lead high-priority programs, including strategic moments, pricing and packaging, acquisition announcements, and market differentiation strategies for Jira Service Management
Lead a small team of product marketers by providing mentorship, setting goals, and fostering career growth

What We’re Looking For
6+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 2 years as a manager
Proven experience in developing and executing product narratives and go-to-market strategies for B2B enterprise software
Experience with event marketing strategy and execution, across various demand-generation event types, such as user conferences, tradeshows, and regional events
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing and partnering across diverse teams
Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels
