About the Role: 

We are looking for our first Product Marketing Operations team member to fuel our next stage of growth. You will collaborate closely with R&D leadership and partner functions including product management, sales, and marketing to design and build the processes and tools we need to operate effectively and efficiently as we accelerate our new product launch cadence.

Examples may include:

• Designing and managing the overall sales enablement strategy for new product launches, new feature releases, and product-related sales tools
• Designing and owning the sales- and customer-facing communication plan for new feature releases, product releases, and pricing
• Running the project management office for large Product Marketing events including Sales Kickoff and our customer conference Beyond
• Driving special projects including refreshing the product marketing content on the website or restructuring our overall product selling approach

The ideal candidate will have a passion for scaling organizations, streamlining operations, and the ability to lead a variety of projects in a fast-moving environment. Validated project management skills, strong business acumen, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and deliver impact at scale are required. 

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Area and NYC Metro Area.
