Product Marketing Manager - SaaS - Supplier Solutions

SUMMARY
As the Product Marketing Manager for Supplier Solutions, you will specialize in Avetta’s compliance management and workplace safety offerings for suppliers, subcontractors and their workforces. You’ll play a critical role in positioning, messaging, and driving go-to-market success for Avetta’s offerings. Your deep understanding of the needs and challenges of suppliers and subcontractors serving Avetta clients will shape product strategy, support marketing campaigns, elevate market awareness, and enable sales growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy and supply chain dynamics, ensuring that compliance management, supply chain sustainability, and worksite safety solutions are effectively positioned and successfully adopted across a global supplier base serving multiple industries.
If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market & customer intelligence - become the expert on our supplier and subcontractor customer personas, their business value drivers, needs and pain points
- Messaging & positioning - develop thought leadership platforms and high-quality content to support marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and sales initiatives
- Product launch & GTM strategy - take a lead role in collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Advisory Services, and Marketing to develop winning value propositions, and plan and execute effective new product introductions and product releases
- Enable growth - Understand and support our sales channels and sales enablement team to develop tools, playbooks, assets, and battle cards
- Performance tracking & reporting – Set goals and objectives, report on progress, and optimize strategy and tactics based on data to ensure performance to plan
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of Product Marketing experience, and at least 2 years’ experience in a market-facing role (e.g. relevant experience in target industry, working with customers and prospects, etc.)
- Proven ability to work effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Excellent PowerPoint and writing skills
- Excellent verbal, active listening, and presentation skills
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams, Figma, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and third parties
- Experience marketing platform-based SaaS solutions
- Energy, drive, an appetite to learn and collaborate, and willingness to work hard
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience marketing Source to Pay, Supplier Sourcing, or Supplier Performance Management technology
- Experience targeting buyers of Contractor Management, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), Supplier Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Knowledge of supply chain dynamics in Chemicals, Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities or other relevant sectors
At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $163,000 USD per year, with a potential bonus.
