This role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution and incorporates responsibilities that span product operations, crisis communications, and customer enablement.

We’re seeking an intellectually curious product marketer who excels at translating market insights into actionable GTM strategies and thrives in managing both nascent and mature products. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a steady and composed approach to high-pressure situations, paired with the determination to drive projects through to completion.

Location:

  • WEST COAST, USA (REMOTE)

What you'll do every day:

Product Marketing

  • Work closely with Product Management and our customer base to shape the RV and Campground products to drive market adoption.
  • Design strategies to integrate the RV and Campground products into the broader Storable brand without negatively impacting churn or bookings growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our RV and Campground products to include enablement documentation and training, and launch materials for the sales and client success teams.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the target personas necessary to drive bookings and continued product adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to design and execute the GTM strategy, continuously iterating based on market feedback and bookings results.
  • Identify competitive and alternative offerings in the market and assess their strengths and weaknesses. Develop a strategy to succeed against the competition to include battlecards, sales enablement and training materials.

Product Operations

  • Partner with Product Management to create and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible help articles, release notes, and product documentation that support customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Manage crisis communication plans, ensuring timely and effective internal and external messaging during unexpected product incidents or outages.
  • Own the execution and quality control of customer-facing communication for product updates, including release notifications and critical announcements.

General Marketing and Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, building compelling launch strategies for new features.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including slide decks, one-pagers, ebooks, videos, and webinars, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Contribute to field enablement efforts, including live and recorded training, product demos, and value-based documentation.
  • Collaborate with other Product Marketing team members to craft and optimize multi-product solution packages.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 5 years of relevant technology experience across product marketing, product management, strategic consulting, or product operations, with at least 3 years in product marketing.
  • Proven experience managing product operations responsibilities, such as documentation and customer communications.
  • Knowledge of the RV and Campground space is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing, public speaking, and presentation-building skills.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategies is a plus.
  • Financial acumen and attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a bias for action.
  • Crisis communication experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects without formal authority.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%; visiting customers, prospects, and partners may be required from time to time.
