Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our iconic brands include BOTOX® Cosmetic, CoolSculpting®, JUVÉDERM® and more. The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking to add to our high performing team to do just that. 

Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Product Marketing, this role will continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to launch new software solutions that enable our customer-facing colleagues to best service the needs of our customers.

If you have experience with SaaS applications, love partnering with product teams to bring products to life for customers, and have a passion for the beauty space, we’re looking for you. This role is ideal for experienced B2B or beauty technology PMMs looking to work for an exciting startup while having the backing of an established brand with a keen interest on sales and internal enablement.

You Will

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop an in-depth understanding of the product vision, key features, timelines, and dependencies for the launch of automated solutions that enable employees to deliver exceptional experiences to B2B and B2C customers.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the product, its features, and value proposition to internal target audiences.
  • Develop launch plans that drive growth and adoption with our internal customer base.
  • Work with our internal field readiness, field marketing, data, and customer success teams to define and track key success metrics.
