About the Team:

Supported by the Director of GTM Systems, we are a team of Salesforce builders contributing to operational excellence of Sales, Service and Marketing through the lead to cash process life cycles. We provide leadership and expertise on our systems company-wide, generating the vision for our systems portfolio to match the "what is needed" with what gets built and delivered.

About the Role:

As the Enterprise GTM Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a critical part in driving the business transformation and optimization of our enterprise systems to support our Go-To-Market strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless integration and utilization of systems that enhance our ability to scale, improve operational efficiency, and maximize revenue opportunities. We expect you to take the lead to solve problems of diverse scope for the organization as well as use influence to make your team and the company better.

  • Provide proven methods of solution design, implementation and improvement to collaboratively drive the delivery of high quality solutions with our team of Salesforce admins and developers.  Focus on system design to meet business needs quickly while maintaining optimal system health for ongoing operations and support.
  • Drive solution optimization, modernization, and simplification across the GTM landscape to enable greater automation, better data quality, and overall cost savings
  • Drive GTM solutioning to leveraging OOTB Salesforce functionality with a focus on simplification and modernization.
  • Support project and program managers by providing solution scope and design leadership on initiatives of all sizes to support immediate business needs as well as long term transformation goals.
  • Build and maintain a view of current and future state enterprise architecture of the GTM Systems landscape attributed with key data integrations and focus areas for transformation.
  • Transform business needs into actionable requirements and functionality, rationalizing current state with a more scalable future state.
  • Structure and support advanced Product Catalog, Pricing models, and Quote Infrastructure in a Salesforce environment
  • Devise, revise, maintain and optimize declarative functionality (flows, validation rules, approvals, etc).
  • Scope level of effort and potential options for delivery of technology transformation efforts.
  • Design or advise on data cleansing and data manipulations using various tools and scripts.
  • Support best practices in managing environments, change management and devops processes and tools.
  • Ensure Salesforce security, maintainability, and scalability, in both set up and creating a risk-aware culture on the team

About You:

  • 8+ years experience as a Salesforce Solution or Technical Architect or similar role and equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and other enterprise systems commonly used in B2B environments
  • Solid understanding of the GTM/Monetization business domain with the ability to collaborate with business owners about their challenges & needs and how they can be addressed through technology
  • Extensive expertise with the Salesforce platform including core functionality and adjacent solutions like MuleSoft and Tableau with the ability to design integrated, scalable solutions. 
  • Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce CPQ 
  • Proven track record of successfully providing technical leadership on large-scale system implementations and driving technology transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrable understanding of technology architecture, API’s, complex data structures and integration standards
  • Good understanding/proficiency with TDD, BDD, and other agile development practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate teams towards common goals without authority
  • Proven ability to delegate, mentor & coach others, and provide overall technical leadership for project and functional teams

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate’s salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)$170,000—$200,000 USD
