An overview of this role
GitLab is searching for a Principal Recruiter who will be responsible for owning and executing high-impact searches across our Go-To-Market and G&A functions globally. Youāll be a dynamic team member who strategically builds quality candidate pipelines, leverages data to impact and influence every step of the process, improves existing hiring practices, and delivers exceptional candidate experiences while embodying the company values. You will be a trusted advisor with senior leadership and key stakeholders and take a consultative and methodical approach to building a qualified, diverse, and motivated team as we scale.Ā
