JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Principal Product Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing efforts for our company's product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of the product landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs to effectively position and promote our products in the competitive marketplace.
What you’ll do…
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth
- Exhibit deep understanding of our products, target market, and competitive landscape to create compelling product positioning and differentiation strategies
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition and differentiators of our products to target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to define product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
- Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our products to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management to shape the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation in our product offerings.
Who you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree a plus
- A mix of marketing and technical experience, with 12+ years of relevant work in a B2B environment; Security and SaaS experience a plus
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated success in communicating and evangelizing technical products –- ideally involving multiple offerings, audiences, and deliverables
