We are searching for the next Pre-Access Systems Coordinator Champion! The Pre-Access Systems Coordinator is responsible for coordinating revenue cycle systems initiatives, policies, programs and education that occur in Revenue Cycle departments and supported client sites. This position is fully remote.

This position pays between $21.00 - $/hr based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Database and report development
  • Client presentation development and facilitation
  • Project oversight and management of Revenue Cycle Operations initiatives
  • Denial avoidance opportunity identification
  • Collaboration with Epic team for system enhancements
  • Providing leadership and contributing to the revenue cycle and organizational goals
  • Meeting the mission and goals of Ensemble Health Partners
  • Assisting with dialer management activities
  • Supporting all various front end technology development and/or implementation
  • Managing projects and tasks associated with SBARDs for all clients
  • Assisting with various reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Employment Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
  • Experience in EMRs required; EPIC preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite / Excel
  • Experience in revenue cycle with front end experience strongly preferred

 

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we Love:

  • 2 Year/ Associates Degree or 4 year/ Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in front end revenue cycle
  • High degree of analytical ability
  • Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing
