The Opportunity

The Partner Product Program Manager is a business operations role and will own tracking, reporting, communication, and execution of the key initiatives across the Partner Engagement organization. This role is integral to aligning Adobe product strategy with partner strategy to increase partner product adoption, drive partner sales, and ensure success within our partner ecosystem across Adobe Experience Cloud Applications. The Program Manager will deliver against partner-facing initiatives, including coordination of the creation and delivery of relevant content, management of strategic product plans, and partner-facing events.

What you’ll do

· Lead the creation of all Program Management artifacts for key initiatives using Adobe common frameworks, methodologies, and standardized practices and approaches

· Work cross-functionally with repeatable program engagement within solution, partner sales, partner program, and multiple teams across the broader DX organization

· Ensure programs meet business objectives, and that effective tracking mechanisms for objectives are established

· Encourage organizational change efforts to ensure clear communication and program adoption

· Orchestrate communication to provide clear project transparency

· Handle program risks and develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to leadership for timely resolution

· Evangelize program scope to maintain focus on core business objectives within time and budget constraints

· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted, demanding and fluid environment

· Working knowledge of various project and process applications

· Passionate about Partner Success and developing frameworks and processes

· Partner Management or Partner facing experience preferred

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

· Ability to travel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,900 -- $158,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
