Emergency Communication Partner Support and Outbound Sales – U.S. Region


Compensation $70K – $90K plus 

(Inclusive of both base pay and targeted quarterly bonus)

We are seeking a tenacious, self-driven professional with the fortitude to be a key piece to the continued growth of our Partner Program. This is not just another relationship building job; it's a chance to make a significant impact in the emergency communication industry, linking our partners to code-required services to help them solve their customer's needs.


You will utilize your strong work ethic and ability to self-create and cultivate new channel partners to drive new end-user prospects for our products and services. Then, you will be able navigate their onboarding, develop, educate, and support each partner and their sales team to ensure we can meet their needs and solve their clients’ problems.


And you’ll intelligently manage and support enough of these cycles so that you will blow your quota away.


Your Mission:

  • Build, cultivate, and source new strategic partnerships and develop existing partners for an assigned territory. 
  • Demonstrate exceptional prospecting skills, leveraging both in-field visits and telephone outreach to self-generate new partner      opportunities. 
  • Travel to partner sites, expos, and industry events is not only required, but is a critical piece to success in this position.
  • Develop a solid working knowledge of Kings III products and understand the benefits they will provide to potential customers.
  • Cultivate strong consultative relationships and act as a second point of contact for partners to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Consistently articulate Kings III value proposition to partners in order to maintain and increase Kings III share of each partner’s business.
  • Exhibit assertiveness and persistence in following through the entire partner process, from initial contact to agreement execution, onboarding, and handing off to the territory sales representative. 
  • Provide detailed updates as needed on the progress of weekly and monthly goals.
  • Log all activities to maintain the accuracy of CRM system.
  • Embrace a disciplined, repeatable process, and consistently enhance your partner skills and industry knowledge.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing channel partners in a technology environment.
  • Experience facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners
  • Repeated documentable success exceeding sales goals
  • Strong prospecting, selling, and closing skills; proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to balance and conduct sales efforts from your home office and in the field
  • Quick learner that can apply knowledge quickly
  • Positive attitude
  • Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and the availability to travel as needed within your assigned region
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM (we use Salesforce)
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization
